DATA CONTROLLER: The risk carrier with whom you have the relationship (Zurich Insurance Europe AG, Sucursal en España or Zurich Vida, Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros, SA. Corporate address: Paseo de la Castellana 81, planta 22).

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING: managing, processing and resolving the complaints and grievances before the Customer Defense Service of ZURICH Group in Spain, and for sending you, including by electronic or computerized means, communications relating to the complaints procedure, and conducting studies and statistical calculations, surveys, analysis of market trends and quality control.

LEGITIMATION: The fulfilment of the Spanish Insurance regulation (namely, Ministerial Order ECO/734/2004, 11th march 2004, on customer’s departments and attention services and customer’s ombudsman of the financial entities or any other that may replace or vary it in the future).

RECIPIENTS: Your personal data may be disclosed to our service providers (lawyers, loss surveyors, etc.) advicing us. There are no international data transfers.

DATA RETENTION: once a resolution to the file is issued, the personal data will be kept for the time needed for Zurich to comply with its legal or statutory periods either in mercantile, civil, administrative or criminal proceedings that may apply.

RIGHTS: You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression, limitation, opposition and portability by sending an email to protecciondedatos@zurich.com or sending a letter to C/Acanto 22, 2ª planta, 28045 Madrid.

You may also file a complaint before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es).
To exercise your rights, enclose or attach as applicable a copy of your National Identification Number or equivalent document.
The exercise of the above mentioned rights are free of any charge.
